Bike Rental Agreement 

Optional Insurance: $20 per day

We highly recommend adding insurance coverage to your rental for peace of mind while riding. Riders are responsible for damage or replacement costs if insurance is not selected.


The Fine Print:
• Rental bikes cannot be taken off-site
.• Bikes must be pre-booked before your ride day. Same-day rentals are not guaranteed.
• No adjustments to the bike’s mechanical parts—please ask a staff member for any tuning.
• Park the bike safely to avoid damage or hazards to others.
• Return bikes at the end of your session for a post-ride inspection.
• You are responsible for any damage or destruction to rental equipment.
• Insurance covers general wear and accidental damage, but not gross misuse or theft.
• Without insurance, the rider may be responsible for full replacement value of the equipment.
• Refunds are available up to midnight 48 hours before your booking.
• You can reschedule your booking until midnight 24 hours before your ride day.
• No refunds or changes will be accepted after midnight the day before your reservation.

By checking here, you acknowledge you have read and understand the above terms, and are consenting to the use of your electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper.You have the right to request that you sign a paper copy instead.By checking here, you are waiving that right.After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record.No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it.Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature.There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent.You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
